1. Fees and Payments

1.1. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Singles Socials South Africa (PTY) Ltd. is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing failures or unauthorized transactions.

1.2. Event ticket cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund at Singles Socials South Africa' discretion if cancelled 7 or more days before date of event. Thereafter, no refunds are applicable.
